Since Sydney decided to be nice and give us a proper summer for the weekend, the boy and I headed into the city with his parents to watch the dragon boat races at Darling Harbour. It was a gorgeous day, and we had a lovely time sitting by the water chatting and sipping cold drinks.
I'm a little sore today after a reformer pilates class last night. If you know me, you know I'm definitely not one for exercise, and my doctor's orders for no high-impact exercise suit me just fine! But this class was really good, easy on my knee, and a very hard work-out! I think I'll keep doing it, I need to get flexibility and movement back in my knee, and I can do it with a friend, which will hold me accountable!
